Randy is my mothers dog. She is a medium sized, mostly black mutt. She's friendly with people, loves us, loves kids, but doesn't care so much for other dogs. She's smart and well behaved and we all love her very much. Randy is only 8 years old, and has mild epilepsy.

These guys are the families Grumpy Old Cats. Nicky has been with us since 1990 (or '91...?). He enjoys eating, hassling other cats, eating, patrolling his territory, being petted and doted on, and eating. He is the King of His Territory. He does not like other cats.

Boris is a more recent addition, but I strongly suspect that he's older than Nicky. Since I first met him Boris has tamed down considerably, but he's still very shy. He's very grungy looking and doesn't seem terribly bright. I still love him, because it's true that cats choose their owners and Boris chose me.
